Laboratory Small-Batch Horizontal High-Shear Emulsifier The Y25Z and Y20Z laboratory high-shear emulsifiers are equipped with original German motors, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. They are compact and convenient, and can be operated manually. Depending on the matching working head, they can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing, dispersion and homogenization of high-viscosity materials, as well as crushing and homogenization of animal and plant tissues.
With a maximum speed of 28,000 rpm, it can operate continuously for up to 4 hours. There are over 20 types of working heads available, and it supports vacuum operation, easily meeting various high-demand experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
